Lived here for almost 10 years. Great location to everything. Reasonable rent. Great service from the manager and the maintenance. Laundry facilities accept credit cards.

Consists of several buildings along Town Street and Franklin/Lester Avenues, just west of I-70. Some buildings are old houses subdivided into apts. Cheap rent ($300-400 average) and ok for students. Mixed neighborhood (students, homeowners, downtown workers, older people). Relatively safe area. Problems: subdivided houses have no soundproofing or insulation (no privacy), no storm windows or...
