The information listed on this page is not accurate and if you do find the number they never answer their phone. I think they should make it a priority to have great customer service in person and on public information sites like this one. I have spend so much time trying to find the fax number becuase they are not answering the phone in the office.

Something crazy happened to me: 1) a week ago. I got bill for $680 for service on 7-6-2011 from Bellflower Health Center. I realized it's for my daughter that I took her to Bellflower Health Center last year for her Tdap immunization. 2) Apparently Insurance Co., denied payment. 3) I took my daughter 16 year old to Bellflower Health Center The service I required was for Tdap immunization. it...
