I went in for the breakfast buffet. Only one other customer in the place, two waiters, yet most of the tables were dirty or not set for customers. Buffet was cold, quality wasn't great either.

I was going for dinner a little reserved because its a hotel and I was pleasantly surpised. We odered the Chefs special and that it was. I was elegantly presented very clean. The flavor combbinations were different but married very nicely so that all and all it was an exciting dish from start to finish. Hail to the Chef.
Thanks for showing us what a hotel restuarant can accually produce.

its a Hilton and does produce you the
finest in accomodations if you are staying
in the east side of Seattle. I like it.
