Top Ruined with No Compensation

I had a silk top dry cleaned from Bella which was completely ruined. The elastic around the collar, waist and arms was stretched and damaged to the point where there is no elasticity left which made it unwearable. Not only did Bella not offer to compensate me, but they didn't take any responsibility for ruining the top and actually had the nerve to get mad at me for being upset. The woman came...
