store RARELY has enough staff on duty 2wait on a customer, ESP. In make up departments. They work 1 staff member for 3 counters after 5 pm! REALLY, do u REALLY expect us to believe you serve most of your customers after 5 pm for expensive make up? I suspect MOST PEOPLE BUYING IT are working till 5 pm. Each counter trains their staff for only THEIR products, so if you don't have time to call...
