The place here has a great staff. The location is two blocks from the Bart station. There is private parking for the tenant. Walking distance to Safeway and a bunch of restuarants. The area is very safe and quiet. Every apartment has a patiio. The rent is a little high, but rent is high everywhere.

What happen to the review I wrote on this property where I still reside. Managemnt staff have brought a great sense of community by constantly fixing and upgrading all aspects of the building (my only issue is a noisy neighbor upstairs (not managments' fault). There is no use in posting reviews if you are only going to pick the ones you want to see!!!

I currently do live here at bel mark and I can definitely say that since about a year ago this building has been getting better almost every month! I guess the new managers are the result of this. I mean I have like new windows which definitely help with this hot weather right. The building was painted and I feel …
