The caliber of the store did not fit the customer service. We stood around for five minutes, without being helped. When a sales associate finally came over to help, she decided to take a call while I was describing the type of setting that I was looking for, and she rudely reply that they do not have anything like that in the store. Poor customer service !!! Unhelpful !! I was needed advise on whether their diamonds are enhanced in anyway. Response, was, " we endeavour to filtered the enhanced diamonds" Very vague response!!
