I would never rent from this company again. We picked up a mini-van and it stunk. Also, it was not completely clean. Carpeting and upholstery was very worn.

The worst part was the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. They advertise all vans as non-smoking. I have a high threshold for cigarette smells, but this was off the charts. We were leaving the next day, so we tried to air it out for the evening. However, the next morning no one in our family was even willing to get in the van due to the smell.
