Went for a Black Friday deal and the box spring turned out to be defective. How do I know? I purchased two separate sets and the box spring caved I within a few months. I called and was told I would have to go through the warranty process. They don't tell you that you have to pay $100 JUST to have it inspected. Went a couple stores and the sales person was rude...went to Bedding Experts and Mr Mike spent a lot of time and he actually worked with us for over an hour. We will only go back by him!! Thanks Mike you are the greatest.

I went to Bedding Experts in Calumet City, and the store was very clean and neat. I usually don't like to lay on beds, but because the store was so clean and the sales person was so very nice and helpful, I actually tried the bed and I actually bought a bed that day.
