I love bed bath & beyond but this store is just the WORST I have been to. Employees didn't know what they were doing and people at customer service were rude. The manager was not friendly, either....

I like this store for its great selection. Yes, I think it is expensive overall, but they also have stuff I didn't even know existed, especially in the kitchen area (so I'm not a chef...oh well!). I've never seen anyone in line to purchase anything but smaller or low priced items, although they do have a great selection …
