Terrible service after spending over 25,000$ in an order to furnish most of our new house. They forgot 'parts' of our bed, and then tried to charge us to provide the rest of the parts.

They said it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks, and at week 9 , when we should have already had it, or scheduled delivery, they called to tell us that fabric wasn't available and it would be weeks longer.

I would run very fast from Becker Furniture World if you are thinking of purchasing there. They are horrible. I ordered several pieces of furniture in January 2013 and it is March now and I have received more headaches than furniture.

When my first delivery came several pieces were missing (end table but no coffee table, chairs and no table). And the expensive dining room table literally fell apart when they were putting it together and 90% of the dining room chairs were wobbly. When we asked why they didn't check these first before delivery they said they didn't have a place to do...
