We ordered 5 yards of screen topsoil, when the driver dropped it off he apologized on how clumpy it was. We called the store and the owner was rude and said " learn to use a shovel and work with it" I explained that the clumps were bigger than my foot and he said to bad nothing he would do. I explained again how unhappy I was and asked if there was anything he could do for us, he replied...
