dirty patient room, poor staff, failed to get my lab scripts to correct office, poor follow up, lack details when providing details to me, lack of professional attitude in my opinion.

have so much more bad to say, that it will not fit in this text window. Do your homework when selecting a doctors office.

The office staff is among the worst I have ever seen. Why are they in the medical profession if they don't care about patients? Dr Bechtel on the other hand is very professional and helpful however seems to have little control over his front office staff.

Lack of responsiveness and urgency - I've had to wait days to get a call back. In 5 office visits, I've never actually had an appointment with the doctor; I've always been pushed off on nurse practitioners.
