Rude! I've bought several jewelry sets here and often stop by when I fly in from Seattle. During my last trip I bought some earrings that tilted forward instead of laying flat. I took it back during my next trip and was informed that the no returns or exchanges applies to broken stuff, too. Huh?!?!

call there , for a worst response, i called for appoinment
and the lady was so rude , bcoz i didn't reply about the time instantly . and then she said ok call tomorrow. Very unprofessional . not even thought of calling them again.

This place has the worst customer service ever! Today they lost a paying customer who has been going there for the past two years. In the middle of getting my legs waxed ,an employee named Himanee (Owner's daughter?) notices the type of wax being used on my legs and decides to tell me that they are going to charge me $10 extra because they were using this different type of wax!
