Went looking for alcohol free hair styling products. Few to choose from. Finally picked 3, since signs say buy 2 get 1 free. Doesn't ring up free. Cashier has no idea which might not be included. All had signs under them. Manager clueless, lost her list of what was included. Noth rude, so left. Now I remember why I haven't been in a long time.

Been to this store multiple times but noticed the customer service was degrading each time I was there. Many times I left because there was no one able to answer questions, if you can find someone. Should've gone to Ulta, at least the workers aren't thieves.

Basically the other day I left my wallet in the store, (I know, my fault.), and I bought some products. I used my best friend's card to buy them since I couldn't find my wallet and thought I just left it in the car.
