My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate to this place. I have never had a massage before, so instead of calling the place, I decided to go there in person to book my appointment. My gift certificate was close to expiring, so I needed to book my appointment asap. I went there on Oct. 13 '11, there I was assisted by Tracy. I found her very odd because she didn't have any recommendations for me as a first time client nor did she ask me for my personal preferences when it came to choosing what/how I wanted things done.
