Horrible customer service and work ethic

We had a horrible experience with this company, Beat The Heat. First, when Larry showed up at our house, which we are renting, and we told him we were only getting quotes to approach our landlord with, he told us that he doesn't drive to do estimates unless he KNOWS he's going to get a contract. Well I guess we were a first. We didn't sign anything. We then decided with our landlord, that we would go ahead and put solar screens on the house. We were told there would be virtually NO difference in the amount of sunlight, just the amount of heat. However, when the installation guy got here,...
