a ceiling fan fell out of ceiling and was hanging by the wired connection. I was given an estimate of $175-$190.He installed a new box but because of three sheets of drywall he could not get it IN the ceiling. I understood that part and accepted that. Mike seem to have a problem reconnecting the wiring. He said he didn't understand the way it had been connected...

This company didn't give any notice to when they would be coming. They showed up announced and were not pleasant to work with. They did the work, however he was supposed to come back and finish the work. Work was done poorly and not outlets do not work. Requested that he come out to re do the work and he refused.

He was able to arrive the same day I called, which was very much appreciated. Quickly assessed the problem and did the work right away. Very personable and professional. Will use him again.
