Very clean establishment with great BBQ. Taps lean towards the Maine beers, but they also had some Smuttynose and Mayflower there a couple of times I've been there. Somewhat easy to take small children, but if you have a loud child like me, this isn't a place that has much more noise to cover his "loudness." But that's what's nice about this place, the wait staff never looked at me funny for...

Ate here three times during my stay and had the pulled pork on grilled jalapeno corn bread and then the brisket on the same bread. This was great each time. I also liked the service.

Beale Street is simply the best BBQ in Maine. Their meats are perfectly smoked and cooked and they are CONSISTENT! My wife and I started going to Beale Street many years ago when they were located...
