We are staying at regency towers in panama city. Upon checking in we found the bedspreads to the second bedroom rolled up in a ball on the closet floor of the master. There are slats missing from the vertical blinds in 2 rooms. The carpet in the bedrooms are black with dirt. There is mildew all over the showers and shower doors. They gave us 1 tiny garbage bag for the whole week. I could go on and on. I brought my 87 year old mother here for a nice trip and it had turned into a disaster. Don 't expect too much. Beachside resorts office is located offsite and are not available on site...

nightmare!

I had started to get somewhat concerned when a month before the trip I sent an email to tell them that I had not received any information from them about the place. The return email simply said; ""Your final payment is due can we charge your card now?""......That was it! No information that I requested; no greeting, nothing. Then, I sent an email 1 week before our trip asking if everything was taken care of for our trip....no response at all.
We had to check in late. So, we brought all of our luggage into the room, and immediately headed to the grocery store. We returned to the condo...
