For years the service has been unfriendly. The owner once followed me and a friend around the (incredibly small) store and treated us like he expected us to steal something. Beachead comics was also the only of the 5 comic stores we visited to require you to make a purchase before being "allowed access" to the free comics. Truly an "anywhere but there" type of shop.

The fellow who worked here was disdainful and rude.He made me feel like I was doing him a favor by daring to stop in his shop 'without an appointment.'Suggest you go elsewhere.
