Please go somewhere else. Reception area not very organized. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room, then I left.

Went there on a Sat. The Dr. on duty was an hour late getting there so they gave me an appt to come back, which I did. Then when I presented my insurance cards they told me they couldn't see me because I had a military ID card and the dr. was active duty so he couldn't help me and I had to go tto the base, which as a widow of a retired military man, I do not have to do. Waited two hours to be seen yet there was no one else in the waiting room. The pa was horrible didn't even listen to my lungs and I was having trouble breathing. His advice "drink plenty of fluids and rest" next day go to my regular md and have pneumonia

Never go here. My baby needed stitches on his forehead & they wouldn't see him because his insurance was medicaid! They were looking right at his horrible wound and did not care. Clearly it was an 'urgent' situation & they just stood there wasting our time with a huge stack of papers for me to fill out then RUDELY informed us they would not see him because of medicaid. Doctors should care...
