staff was semi helpful\n\nthe room i reserved was not available , the amenities i paid for were not available , had to sleep in a double bed , reserved a king . did i mention the price did not change !! Not happy what so ever!!

Location\n\nHotel Fees added to price same amenities that have been there for 20 years... a joke.. money grab. AC system sucks..took forever to cool the room I walked not that was 86 degrees. Parking option deck for miniature cars walk a block park behind Howard J
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.\n\nBuyer beware: they are owned by Diamond Resort International and will try to get you to go to a "90 minute" presentation which in reality is 3-4 hours. If you can brace the full 4 hours you get a $125 gift card (4 hrs you could be on vacation).
Great view, great location nice relaxing time\n\nRoom wasnt ready no big deal but i rode a motorcycle in got caught in rain. Drying off would have been nice
