Help us make it rightThe Beach Hut was a perfect stop after hiking at Montana de Oro State Park. Large menu and great service and food. Fun atmosphere for families. Bonus...you can buy the frisbee your lunch is served on for a dollar!
This restaurant has great, creative sandwiches. They are very large and easily split between two people.
Maybe because the staff is new, but the service was awful. They didn't even seem to know the menu.
If you can overlook that, you'll enjoy your food. Los Osos Girl
This is another eatery where you walk up and order and then receive your food when it's ready (no wait staff)I had their "Super Salad" and it was very good. It was a mixture of quinoa, edamame, corn and bell peppers on lettuce, topped with tomatoes, onions, peppers, avocado and feta cheese. I had the lemon cilantro garlic Italian dressing....
generous sandwiches, a bit pricey (but big enough to split a medium) - fresh ingredients, made to your order, nice draft beer rotation, patio and inside dining - just what the town needed. No grill, no fries, no burgers - everything fresh. Have had exceptional service every time but once, (when the cashier forgot she was working, and chatted up...
The choices are many and it takes a few trips here to determine what works for you. There are many cold and hot sandwiches all made with top notch product. Most come in small medium and large. After a number of tips we pretty much focus on a medium Malibu which we share and have plenty for lunch for two....
