I made an appointment for a Friday to have our dishwasher looked at as it was leaking. The man I spoke to on the phone said he couldn't give me a time for the day they were coming- they would call me ""sometime Friday"" and let me know when they'd be there that day. I agreed to the appointment, but a few days later called back to see if they could at least give me a 2-3 hour window in which they would be comoing to our house, as I had some things to do that day. I have had BCS repair various appliances over many many years. Today they worked on my freezer and my oven. Ken was great - meticulous - fast - and provided me with the best customer experience. The bill was reasonable and I could not be more pleased with their work. I will continue to call them for any future issues with appliances and recommend them enthusiastically.

I agree with Rebecca U - get it in writing. They ended up replacing a $13 part and charged me $82 for labor. That part took about 10 minutes to put in but because they know how they do the 1/4 hr billing, the guy took his time to get to 40…
