After more than five years, I am taking my business to another bank.

There are three drive through lanes. I was one of two cars. One drive through lane was not operational. I had a 27 item deposit. I sat in this drive through for 26 minutes. TWENTY-SIX MINUTES! I buzzed in at 10 minutes and asked what the status of my deposit was. I was told they were ""working on it."" I buzzed again at 20 minutes and asked if they had received the canister. I was told it was a ""big deposit"" and it takes some time. When the canister was returned to me, I received no voice acknowledgement...
