Times like this i truly wish there was an option for zero stars. "Customer Service" is non-existent. They deliver all the platitudes but have morons running the branch. Stay away

Really bad management at this bank. They don't seem to care and do not help each other out. I've seen the good ones go and the bad ones stay. Makes me think the management keeps friends around...
