Don't know if I'd call what they do a "cheesesteak" by any traditional definition, but its pretty good if you're looking for something cheap and cheesy....

I have eaten here a few times and the sandwich was great. The last time we went the sauce was so hot you couldn't taste the sandwich.

Bar Henry opened November 2009 at 90 West Houston Street in Greenwich Village. Located in what its owner terms "the last legal cellar in Manhattan", it can easily be found by the distinctive neon sign at sidewalk level.
