I don't live in the area any longer, but I still bring my 13 year old Chow all the way from Austin. I don't trust anyone else with her at her advanced age and her 'attitude'. I agree with the other posts that they take their time and don't rush with her. It is totally worth the 3 and a half hour drive and the cost of a hotel overnight to have them care for her. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place for grooming, boarding or vet care.
Most caring staff ever. I've tried many grooming facilities and no one can come close to how good these groomers are! Best grooming my poodle has ever received. Cleanest environment I have ever seen. Takes the stress out of leaving your furry kid behind you know the staff will give more then enough care and affection.

I have used this facility for many years. The staff provide, without exception, a level of care for the animals they care for as if they were members of their own families. You can select from a menu of services more than anywhere I have seen. I am not suggesting bathing etc...everywhere does that, I am referring to personalized contact and pet engagement, such as extended walks, play - personal or in a group setting, as often as desired.
