I love Bayou Bliss!!! The teachers are superb and the workshops offer so much for anyone. The owner has a wealth of knowledge in Restorative yoga, Thai massage, Transformative breathing, and more. The Detoxification and healthy cooking classes are out of this world. It's the cutest house in the heart of Montrose with lots of great yoga clothes, mats and local jewelry. The classes are small and intimate and I like that. So if you're looking for a nice space to quiet the mind and enliven your physical practice, try this studio.
