Bayona Restaurant Review

One of the pioneers of the slow food movement, chef Susan Spicer merges local ingredients with culinary influences from the Mediterranean, North Africa, Asia and the U.S. at her signature restaurant. Large flower arrangements and white tablecloths bring a touch of elegance to the dining rooms, which are housed in a 200-year-old cottage in the French Quarter. In nice weather, the courtyard...

Friends from around the country. All thoroughly enjoyed the meals and the location. I recommended Bayona to many if my friends who were in town for the week of meetings. Everyone reported back to me that it was one of their best meals.

My wife and I had a late evening dinner at Bayona while visiting New Orleans. We came for great tasting food and were not disappointed. We had sweet breads, pork belly, salad with smoked quail and the rabbit. All the food was outstanding. The wine selection was good and the service was very attentive. At the end we were to full to try the desserts which sounded tempting.
