HAPPY WITH NEW ASSISTANT GM

We have stayed numerous times here and since new Assistant Manager Maria A took over.The hotel has been a pleasure to stay at and the atmosphere is wonderful now. All employees look happier.. Maria goes out of her way to do everything that is needed for her customers . As in get the customers their Choice Rewards points and etc....

HORRIBLE Hotel - formerly smoking, still smells awful

This is the worst hotel on our 2 week road trip... and maybe ever. It was dirty, there was no bedspread, the tub was dirty, the room was only superficially cleaned - but hair was in the tub and on the sheets, the luggage bench was broken, there were cigarette holes in the desk chair, and the room had smelly...
