We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was friendly. If I had one complaint, that would be that the mattresses in our room were to soft. I have been in hotels where they had the "Sleep Number" beds which allow you to adjust the softness/firmess of the mattress. I think this would be a nice added benefit as most people... more

"The night manager was very unprofessional and very lacking in customer service. Our room was overbooked, he said he could upgrade us for free to the room we wanted - that they didn't have. We were ery unsatisfied with his attitude and behavior, so we left."
