Location is close to campus.\n\nThe hotel advertised “Continental Breakfast” but only had hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker, and cereal. I thought this was an odd assortment of food items. The room was dirty, stained sheets, and smelled of smoke despite the no smoking signs.

Management of this hotel is obviously poor as the staff blames the manager and when we talked to the manager she blamed the staff. When we asked for an extra 2 hours for check out we were not allowed even though we were there for Texas Tech Open House.\n\nThe lady manager there October 9th is horrible

I like it because, the Desk person, went out of her way to make things right and very comfortable. I'm handicapped and at times in a wheelchair. My arrival was late and I needed extra towels so I wouldn't slip in my bathroom. Excellent !!!!\n\nIt was not the hotel's fault, but smokers should have designated area, not by rooms smoke gets sucked in thru aircon into the room.

Nothing\n\nIt was filthy & stunk. They did not have the air on in the room. The first room was 92 degrees & air wouldn't work. We went to a second room that had an extremely old unit that couldn't cooleither. We were sweaty the whole night. the floors were sticky!
