Easy access from highway. Reasonable rates. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would have liked a chair other than a desk chair. The heater made a terrible racket; perhaps I was the first to turn on the heat this fall.

I am actually in the process of requesting a refund. The night of our stay, the hotel had a power outage. We went without heat/air, television, microwave, refrigerator, telephone, alarm clock, and were not able to charge our cell phones. At checkout, there was no apologies for the inconvenience or anything.

Well, let's see, the hotel itself is dirty. The crud in the corners of the elevator and in the public areas is obvious.
