My independent, fully capable 81 year old father who had rarely been to the hospital before went to this hospital for knee replacement surgery and after two months of being in that place, had acquired several diseases, such as ecoli, and ended up dying. Baylor-Garland is a great hospital. I had to have MRIs done here and was treated well. They were doing remodeling but everything was clearly marked. Despite that I still had to ask direction and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked going here versus Baylor-Downtown Dallas.
PROS: Closer to suburbs.
