He underbid the complexity of job by not having plumbers see it first. Did not pull permit until I insisted, then plumbers cancelled it immediately after hearing that new shower had been framed wrong, as I initially wanted a curbless shower and wall-hung toilet. Ben runs a first-class operation. His estimate was very reasonable and his final bill came in at what he estimated. His crew of carpenters, along with Mario his foreman, are top notch professionals, along with being very courteous and understanding. Cleaned up completely when they were done.
