Last week we moved into our new house and we had Bay State Locksmith change our out-doors locks. They were great with everything! They let us choose the time we want (and we had to change it twice, once on the last minute, and they didn't make a fuss about it at all). I was not sure whether I definitely had to change my locks, as I was waiting to see whether a roommate who moved out would return the keys. Bay State Locks was very understanding of the situation and told me I could cancel the day of the appointment if necessary (and with no charge).
