I have been in this marina for over 20 years. All staff are professional and very knowledgeable about the business and their specialties. I have AWAYS been treated with respect and made to feel " at home." I have also taken extra care to treat them with respect and friendliness. It works well. They have always been fair and honest. I go to the marina for friendship and personal down time....

We have met some of our best friends there. Everything you need in a great location, only minutes from the Bay. The staff and yard crew are one of the reasons we have been there for 12 years. You never have to leave the Marina!

NEGATIVE customer experience with management at Bay Harbor Marina. Was told $300 for boat winterization for an 18' only to be billed and charged for $360 AFTER the winterization was complete. In order to leave with my boat I had to pay $360. Discussions with management were not sincere and were rude. Recommend boat services else where.

Bay Harbor has made a lot of cosmetic improvements that are really great. And all the staff from the office to the yard are top professionals!
