My first impression of the company was am I going to be raped and/or murder. It truly didn't even look like a business. The office was inside of a small shed, plus I had to wait over 30 mins outside, they had no way to run my card without the towing gentleman there. Don't offer your money to these guys. My brand new car was towed due to a faulty e-brake cable that allowed my car to roll into the street. Police were called and these guys were the ones to respond to the call. My first impression when…
