Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that we have changed locations. We are now at 373A Shattuck Way just about 100 yards down form the old building on the right, behind Custom Pools. We have a full mechanical shop and Body Shop to serve all your automotive needs. Stop by or call to see why, when it comes to yout car care Bay Auto is the place to go. We are open M-F 8a - 5p and Sat. By appointment only (But someone is usually on hand to answer any questions you may have untill around 12p.m. Thank you, and we look foward to seeing you all at Bay Auto!

I got an estimate from a more well-known body shop first, and my eyes popped out of my head ... Bay Auto Body's estimate was half of that. My car looks as good as new. Very satisfied.

i will not tell you this place is terrible, its not. they are good mechanics, not the best but good. some of them in there are really good people, and some are scum. i will not name names, but i worked there and while i learned alot of good, i learned alot of bad as well. oil is not added to your car by exact specs. not a huge issue but your manufacturer wouldnt agree with their methods. i seen some racism, and the owner is...well an A-hole.

all in all i guess what im trying to say is look elsewhere first. they will treat your car right, and try to get you the lowest buck, but its not...

What a great job Bay Auto did and the professionalism, concern and kindness shown was well over and above anything expected. I was well informed, received prompt responses and ultimately was given the complete satisfaction in knowing that my CRV was in the very best of hands!

I carefully inspected my vehicle paying very special attention to the paint feathering and it is one of the best jobs I have ever seen. Absolute perfect blending and feathering. She looks spectacular! The a/c works perfectly, the alignment is right on, not an issue to report nor did I ever think I there would be...
