The first day I called they told me they'd come fix my leaking tub after lunch. No one showed so I called and was told they were running behind and would be there in the morning. Fine no big deal. Bad Experience

Short version. Well we had a copper water line spring pin holes last Saturday. Too many to patch. Called a local plumber he was supposed to be out here Thursday. Never showed or called. Called this company and they sent someone out Friday. Was new to the company and didn't quite know what he was doing. The companies excuse was he was new. Line busted 10 times worse than the original leak Friday Night. Company came back out Saturday and kept making excuses for original man they sent. Saying he was in a truck that had been sitting and what he fixed the plumbing with they no longer were...
