Went in with a watch to get a battery put in. Was told it was $22.00 plus tax. $7 for battery, $15 installation. Wow. I said ok, just sell me the battery for $7, I will put it in, pretty simple. He said no, he would have to open it to see what battery it takes. So that would be $22. I left. My question, how did he …

I had no clue Battery Plus fixed watches until another business recommended I go there to have my watch fixed. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Very quick and good service. Set up my appointment via their website to review $10 off. I arrived slightly late. They instantly helped me. Told me 20 minutes and it would be done. Friendly conversation, great costumer service, and my iPhone 6 that had a horribly cracked screen, now looks brand new again. Highly recommend.
