We too had complete bathroom renovations on 2 bathrooms. I agree these guys demonstrated very poor workmanship. The grout and caulk around the tiles had cracks from day one. Their remedy was to add more grout on top of the cracks, instead of replacing it. They left the job unfinished and said we owed them more $ than originally quoted. Please do not use this company! We had nothing but problems. Cracked tiles, cracked grout, water getting behind tiles in shower and the tub was installed incorrectly. We made numerous complaints and gave them opprotunities to correct. They refused and would not return any calls. They did keep ALL our money though.
