Bath and Kitchen Gallery did work in the kitchen, major remodeling in the master bathroom, work in two other bathrooms, and work in 13 other rooms in the house. Within months, several rooms had failures. Within two years, the failures expanded to over five rooms in the house. Within three years, failures and defects in workmanship have been found in every room of the house. We discovered that they failed to obtain building permits (at least three permits were required for the scope of the work) so their work was never reviewed by the Temple Terrace Building Inspector.
