This company is awful! If there were negative stars i would give them. I have had issues the whole year i have had bates. I called and spoke to the rudest woman i've ever spoke to. Worst customer service ever! We have an issue with our vegetables being sprayed and have complained numerous times, and once again they have sprayed our vegetables! Every time I call I either do not get an answer or speak to a woman who says she will handle the situation, but never calls back. I have approached the technician when it happens and he passes me off to call the office. frown emoticon

We have called several times to tell them to stop spraying our vegetables, when someone does answer a woman seems to make a note on our account. But they keep spraying chemicals on our food. The rude guy swears he has no notice every time. This is like the third time. Wouldn't you recognize avocados, carrots and pineapple plants? Unfortunately we rent so we cannot terminate the service.
