Not forth right about their business policies, only to blow me off with a short terse answer when asked about these many things not disclosed on eBay or their website. Bass was unplayable, even after it was gone over by their "luthier." The self-described "king" gave me attitude and then hung up on me, not professional at all. One of these guys is a sweet honest guy, the other is a "Tea Party" ranter, the third is ignorant and greedy. Good basses to try, though, usually well set up and their prices are fine. But I don't need to hear you repeat the stuff you heard on Fox News. I'm here to buy bass gear, dude. Also I hate being given a price for a bass that I see you sell on eBay for $200 less. They say "If you don't like it, don't buy it". I say "What if I want to hear it through my own bass rig to see what it'll ACTUALLY sound like?". No answer. I would never do business with a company that won't allow you at least a few days to audition gear. Other that this issue - they have a lot of quality gear and the prices seem average.
