I have returned to this location out of convenience a few more times since my last review. Fortunately, have not seen the worker who was not very pleasant last time. There are two workers who I see each time I go and they are great for having to work both the Baskin Robins & Togos counters. The manager was also very welcoming when I was there one afternoon.

The customer service definitely needs improvement. I came here for Scoop Fest and ordered three scoops of ice cream. For some reason, the worker looked very unhappy to serve us ice cream, almost like she was pissed, grumpy, or offended. Also, the ice cream was very melted. The gold medal ribbon …
