Extremely bad customer service. I went to place an order 1 week before the birthday. I was told to come back BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE MY ORDER OR SHE JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW. I insisted on placing an order that day because I didn't want to come back. I wanted a small cake for 2 people, but she told me the smallest I can order is like this big 10" round cake. So I got this 10" cake...

This store has completely changed from other reviews. I've been there countless times and the phone situation has changed, it used to be in the back where it wasn't practical and now it's up front so it's useful. The people are nice and always greet with a smile.
