Tinker called us back almost immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnose the problem. Our air conditioner was up and running within less than an hour. Great service, very professional, and very friendly.

Just wanted to let you know that your man that you sent out did an excellent. He was very courteous and actually knew what the problem was in about 10 seconds, and fixed the problem in approximately 10 minutes. Both guys were great.
